We only shortlist what we would view ourselves
Every home on your list has been compared on building, commute, unit condition, and asking rent. If it falls short on any of the four, it does not go on the list.
REMARCABLE LIVINGMark your place. Find your space.Mark your place, Find your space.About us
REMARCABLE LIVING helps exchange students and interns find a home in Bangkok. Mark runs each search personally, from your first brief to the day you move in, so you never have to choose a flat from a listing site in a city you have not seen yet.
Bangkok at night · UnsplashWho we are
Most people arriving in Bangkok for a semester or an internship have a few weeks, a fixed budget, and no way to tell a good building from a good photograph. We exist to close that gap.
Tell us where you will study or work, how you like to live, and what you can really spend each month. We compare the building, the commute, the condition of the unit, and the asking rent before anything reaches your shortlist.
What we stand for
A few commitments shape every shortlist we send. They are the reason the search stays short and the viewings are worth the trip.
Every home on your list has been compared on building, commute, unit condition, and asking rent. If it falls short on any of the four, it does not go on the list.
Bangkok listings go stale quickly. We reconfirm that the unit is still available and what the owner is asking before we arrange a viewing.
A district name says little about your day. We look at the walk to the station, the line you will ride, and the time to your campus or office.
We answer questions, arrange viewings, and help with the steps to move-in. We do not push a unit because it is convenient for us.
Who we work with
Students and interns move to Bangkok on different calendars and different budgets, so we plan each search around the place you will spend your days.
How we work
One practical sequence keeps the search personal without making it vague. Each step reduces the list before you spend time travelling across Bangkok.
Share your workplace, budget, move-in date, and non-negotiables.
Review area, commute, unit condition, space, and asking rent together.
Reconfirm current availability and asking rent before arranging a visit.
Visit the strongest options and continue with the home that fits.
Behind the name
The name is a small pun on Mark, the person behind the service. There is no hand-off: the person who reads your brief is the person who compares the buildings, confirms the rent, and arranges the viewing.
Send a message with where you are headed and when you arrive. You will get a straight answer about what your budget buys in Bangkok, and a shortlist you can trust before you travel.
